We will pick up the damaged frame (for customers within delivery range) or send it back in, and we will replace your damaged frames.

Your eye doctor will usually measure your PD during an eye exam ask for it to be included on your prescription. 5 ways to do it yourself at home.This measurement is used to determine where you look through the lens of your glasses and should be as accurate as possible. The average adult’s PD is between 54-74 mm; kids’ are between 43-58 mm. Here are the 5 steps:

• 1) Stand 8 in. away from a mirror.

• 2) Hold a ruler against your brow.

• 3) Close your right eye then align the ruler’s 0 mm with the center of your left pupil.

• 4) Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye.

• 5) The mm line that lines up to the center of your right pupil is your PD

Hi-Index 1.67 – 20% thinner lenses than polycarbonate and made for stronger prescriptions (Adds additional charge)

Hi-Index 1.74 – 10% thinner lenses than Hi-Index 1.67. This is the thinnest lens possible for stronger prescriptions (Adds additional charge)

Transitions Gen 8 – Fully clear lenses indoor and once exposed to UV lighting, transitions to UV protected sunglasses (Adds additional charge)

Polarized – 100% UV protected , glare reducing sun lenses (Adds additional charge)

Anti-Reflective Treatment – Anti-glare, easy vision treatment for any lens (Included)

Scratch Resistant Treatment – This treatment guards lenses from gaining incidental/accidental scratches (Included)

Not an issue, one of our opticians come and take your measurements onsite, then in a short period of time, you will be with your fashionable while affordable prescription glasses in no time (For customers within delivery range)

Yes (Customers with in range) we will come pick up you’re eye wear have the updated lens made then return your eye wear to you and re adjust them at no additional cost.

Does something feel off with your glasses, or are you just not seeing your best? No problem one of our opticians will reach out to perform a troubleshoot to pin point the issue, and get your glasses corrected at no additional cost.

Yes we do. When placing an order with customers within our delivery range, we will provide free adjustments during the final fitting of the glasses. Customers outside of the delivery range can stop at any optical shop for adjustments.

iSight270 offers all types of lens options. If your looking for certain type of lens or brand please let one of our opticians know, that way we can meet your needs.

iSight270 does offer a one-year protection plan for your lenses. With the protection plan customers get a free one time no questions asked lens replacement (With the same prescription) damaged or broken. Broken or damaged frames can receive up to a 50% discount.

Yes. However, if you do not currently have one, you can still make an order.
Just make sure you leave us the name of your doctors office or eye clinic, one of our team members will reach out to them on your behalf and get your updated prescription. This is a law, and a requirement by all optical shops.

Unfortunately we do not accept vision insurance at this time. Customers can contact there insurance provider to ask about submitting there claim for reimbursement.

Eyeglasses bought with frame and lenses will also receive one of our premium eyeglass case.
